Jim Porcher has been training horses professionally for 35 years, and during this time he has garnered National Championships in Europe and the U.S.. His wins are in Halter, Show Hack, Western Pleasure, Hunter Pleasure and Country English Pleasure. Arianna Wenzler, assistant trainer at Blue Mesa Horse, specializes in starting young horses and beginning riders. Most of the current stars at Blue Mesa Horse were started by Arianna. The
emphasis at Blue Mesa Horse is on the development of the young athlete
into a finished and competitive amateur show horse. A firm foundation
is paramount and we strive to create a horse who will be sound, mentally
and physically, for many years.
