*Delerio passed away on August 14th, 2003.
He was foaled in Granada, Spain in 1982, bred by Alitaje Stud. He was sired by Bambu and out of Lira x Dandi II.
He was Reserve World Champion Junior Stallion at the World Cups in Fraunfeld, Switzerland, Reserve Spanish National Champion Junior Stallion in Jerez, Spain, Region VIII Top Five Stallion, Region IX Reserve Champion Show Hack, Region VIII Champion Show Hack (twice), U.S. National Top Ten Show Hack and Scottsdale unanimous Champion Show Hack. He was the sire of National Champion Country English Pleasure Junior Horse, Beylaria and numerous other Regional and Class A Champions.
His arrogance, presence, athletic ability and wise, kind disposition made him a tremendous ambassador for our bloodline group.
While he will be missed, he will not be forgotten by those of us who were lucky enough to have him in our lives.
